Cabana #1
Cabana #1 is a two-story house, it has 3 rooms with one double bed in each room, 2 bathrooms with a hot shower, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and a private pool. Capacity for 6 people.
Equipped with cable TV, fan in each room, refrigerator, stove, electric skillet, rice cooker, blender, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. Sheets and blankets are provided.
Pool schedule: from 8 am to 9 pm.
Rate valid until December 15th, 2023: US$120.00 per night.
Cabana #2
Cabana #2 has a room with a Queen size bed, bathroom with a hot shower, an equipped kitchenette, Jacuzzi and a terrace below the house. Capacity for 2 people.
Equipped with cable TV and air conditioning. Kitchenette with refrigerator, electric skillet, rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
Rate valid until December 15th, 2023: US$70.00 per night.
Cabana #3
Cabana #3 has 2 rooms, bathroom with a hot shower, living room, equipped kitchen, patio and private pool. Capacity for 4 people.
Equipped with cable TV, fan and a double bed in each room. Refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker and cookware. Sheets and blankets are provided.
Pool schedule: from 9 am to 8 pm.
Rate valid until December 15th, 2023: US$100.00 per night.

Cabana #4 has 2 rooms, bathroom with a hot shower, an equipped kitchenette, a balcony, and a terrace below the house next to the river. Capacity for 4 people.
Equipped with cable TV, fan and a double bed in each room. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker and cookware. Sheets and blankets are provided.
This house does not have a pool or jacuzzi.
Rate valid until December 15th, 2023: US$80.00 per night.
Cabana #5
Cabana #5 has a room with a queen size bed, bathroom with a hot shower, equipped kitchenette and balcony with Jacuzzi. Capacity for 2 people.
Equipped with cable TV and air conditioning. Kitchenette with refrigerator, electric skillet, rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker and cookware. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
This house does not have a pool, only Jacuzzi.

Important information
- Each house has an established capacity and if additional people come you must ask first and pay extra. Children under 6 years old who share a bed with their parents have no additional charge (maximum 2).
- Check-in time: 2:00 pm - Check-out time: 12:00 pm.
- We seek a quiet environment to relax and rest. If you want to listen to music, it should be at a moderate volume. The noise that disturbs the tranquility of other guests is not allowed. Noise at all after 10:00 pm is not allowed.
- No meals included.
- We do not accept pets.
- Inventory is taken at check-in and check out time.
- In order to reserve a 50% deposit is requested (by PayPal) and the other 50% must be paid upon arrival in Cash.
- The money is only returned or kept to postpone the reservation, in cases of force majeure. Otherwise, if you cancel you lose the deposit.
